Recently, Guangdong Superb Tent Headquarters Base (hereinafter referred to as the “Superb Headquarters Base”) successfully completed its design and planning review and has officially entered the construction phase. This project marks not only a key step for Superb Tent in deepening its roots in Foshan while expanding globally, but also a major industrial achievement for Shishan Town, Nanhai District, as it advances the “Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Project” and builds the collaborative zone along the Beijiang and Xijiang rivers. The project is expected to start production by the end of 2026 and be fully operational by June 2027.

The Superb Headquarters Base is strategically located in the core area of Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City — adjacent to Foshan West Railway Station and the west side of the Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Intercity Line. With a total investment exceeding RMB 200 million and a construction area of over 40,000 square meters, the project covers 21.56 mu (approximately 1.44 hectares) of industrial land. The land parcel, recently acquired by Superb Tent, is one of the high-quality industrial sites supplied by Shishan Town, providing a strong foundation for the project’s implementation.
From a functional perspective, the headquarters will integrate “Office + R&D + Production” into one comprehensive service hub, including one high-rise office tower, one Global R&D Center, and one modern production workshop. As a representative of Shishan’s outstanding local enterprises “growing deep and rising strong,” the project will further reinforce Shishan’s reputation as the “backbone of manufacturing” and inject new momentum into the industrial ecosystem of the Foshan North Advanced Manufacturing Park.
